experience, please review our return guidelines below:
Hygiene and Non-Returnable Items
Because our core products consist of reusable solid, structured gel face masks and customized serums,
strict hygiene protocols apply. For health and safety reasons, we strictly cannot accept returns or
issue refunds for any items that have been opened, unsealed, or used.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns for unopened and unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the
issue and make it right.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected at our fulfillment center, we will notify you of the approval or
rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment
method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and
post the refund.
